Beautiful Business Cards

I designed myself some business cards on Zazzle and just received them in the mail yesterday! I am very pleased with the quality and how they turned out! Very nice! Can't wait to start handing them out to friends and businesses and so forth! Some Fresh Designs

Well it's been a busy week! I've been working on several new designs. I think I am desperately longing for spring as I created several cheery spring designs. Lots of pretty flowers and bright exciting colors. Also been working on designs for my 'Green' theme. Always thinking of new ideas and ways to reduce pollution and recycle. Shells Designs

Gym Workouts

Life is keeping me busy! Went to the gym last night for a workout! I've been going very regularly lately, about 4 times a week! I have a good routine down now. I'm actually really enjoying my weight lifting workout and the cardio is not too bad either. I did the stair master last night, my buns are a little sore today! Oh well, you know the saying "no pain, no gain". Got to get beach ready for Hawaii in March! Yes!!
Just finished working on an article on 'Marriage Building' this morning! Just have a little tweaking to do! Had some sales on Valentines t-shirts and products this morning too! That was nice to see! I've been creating some designs using my ocean photography! Hope you like them! Shell's Designs

Warm Thoughts

Again the weather has dipped, 10cm of snow is called for tomorrow! I thought we were done with that! Ugh! Oh well, I'm thinking warm thoughts of our trip we are taking in March to Hawaii! Yeah, we have never been before so are greatly looking forward to it! We bought our own snorkels and masks to take with us, and we're ready for a water adventure and enjoying the hot sun! (With sunscreen of course)


I've been busy doing some article writing, lately I just love writing, it's so freeing! For my zazzle store I've been coming up with some different kinds of designs. I've been creating some designs with waves and different abstract shapes. (makes me think of the ocean in Hawaii) I love to just start drawing and see what ideas take forth! Hope you like them! Lavender ...An amazing herb

Lately, I've been thinking of spring and thoughts of lavender came to me! I wrote an article about the uses and benefits of lavender. You can use lavender in many home-made recipes like bath products, oils and potpourri's. Some wonderful gift items can be made using Lavender too! Shell's Designs

American Idol Takes Over Tuesdays Again

If you happen to be an American Idol fan, Tuesday nights you'll be on the couch again! Actually, I have watched and liked this show in the past but last year I must say I was getting a little tired of it! Gets to be the same after awhile. So I'll have to see how it goes this season whether I stay tuned or not! Let's see what have I been up to... I finished working on another lens. This article is on Bearded Dragons, it was pretty easy to write as my son happens to have one of these for a pet! I also took photographs of the dragon, his name is 'Wilson'and I used some of the photo's on my zazzle products! They turned out pretty neat! Hope I sell lots of them! Shopping in Vancouver

Ever been shopping in Vancouver, B.C.? Tuesday I had the pleasure of shopping in downtown Vancouver! Cool stores that you don't see everywhere! My husband had a conference there for work and I was able to get away and stay for a couple of days with him. We stayed in a fabulous hotel one of which we would normally not be able to afford! It was so nice... I don't get to go on the overnighters too often as leaving three guys home to fend for themselves could be dangerous! (Okay, actually I was more worried about what the house would look like when I got home) It was a nice surprise to come home to a clean house, no dishes anywhere and it looked just like I left it! We gave the guys lots of compliments on that! Things are lookin up! :-) Now to get back to working on my designs again, need to come up with some good ideas!
